Medje Prahm deals with issues of modern company management, and the effect-oriented organisation of non-profit organisations. As an impact analyst at the social analysis and consultancy company PHINEO, she supports effective funding. Prior to this, she worked at the betterplace.lab, the think tank of the donation platform betterplace.org, where she realised new forms of hierarchy and researched the positive potential of digital innovation – also for the world of work.
